My prefix, DOUBLOON, was registered in 1981 when I began to breed and show British Shorthair cats concentrating on blue, blue/cream, cream and an occasional sparkling, orange-eyed white. It was, Smiley, my beautiful Heracles, Prim, and all the rest, (as it was so long ago I have no photos suitable to upload) who launched me onto the showing/breeding scene.
My daughter has since joined me in my passion for the BSH and has a particular love of the seductive black British Shorthairs. Her cats and kittens will soon be joining us on this website. You can met Renoir, our future Black stud boy on the Boys page.

Yeah, okay, some of the cats are bigger than her, but she's definitely all dog! And she’s the first to leap to the aid of any cat or kitten she thinks may be in trouble!
Whether they want her to or not!
All our kittens are vet checked, vaccinated, wormed and flea’d, before they go to their new home. They are also registered with the GCCF and have four weeks Pet Plan insurance .
